Huge congratulations to the 25 Team Barretstown runners who took part in the Dublin Marathon yesterday. Some blistering finishing times were notched up by Barretstown runners. The fastest finishing male runner was Stephen Nibbs of Kildare and our fastest lady was Lisa Pounch from Dublin.
At the 10 mile mark in Chapelizod we were delighted to see some of Team Barretstown coming through. Kevin Shortall, who is rolling out a Dublin Marathon fundraising campaign called B for Barretstown was looking jubilant! Mary O’Rahilly, who is a long time Barretstown volunteer, was doing just great. These are the top five Barretstown finishing times in the male and female categories.
