Become a Barretstown Activity Leader
Barretstown offers free, specially designed camps and programmes for children and their families living with a serious illness – supported behind the scenes by 24 hour on site medical and nursing care. We deliver these programmes at our unique campus in County Kildare. The Barretstown Activity Leader team and our volunteer Caras are the ones that bring these programmes to life.
Barretstown Activity Leaders front our programmes, providing fun, engaging and challenging activities, which are based on Therapeutic Recreation. This is all done in a safe environment, supervised by our expert onsite medical team. As a Barretstown Activity Leader, you would be at the heart of everything we do. You would directly experience the impact of Barretstown for children and families who need our programmes.
