Jackie Kinch and her family are an amazing support to Barretstown. Each year they organise and run a very special event in memory of their sister and daughter, Ellen.
The Ellen Kinch Memorial Cup is a 7 aside adult ladies football blitz.
On Sunday 27th June , 10 ladies teams from across Wicklow took to the pitch to celebrate the life of Ellen.
The weather shined down on them on the day as they played. They had raffle prizes and drinks and treats for sale. All contributing to their fantastic total of €6,210 fundraised.
A fantastic day had by all with Tinahely taking home the title of winners for this year !
